Do you disclose personal data only for purposes you have obtained consent for?

If you wish to disclose personal data without consent, you should ascertain whether you may do so under the Fourth Schedule and other sections of the PDPA.

You should generally disclose personal data only for purposes you have obtained consent for.

If you have not done so, you should contact the person and obtain his/her consent for the purpose of disclosure.
